This past weekend we headed to Memphis to help Rich's sister Marci and her husband James move in--they just moved out here for optometry school and we're so excited to have some family close (we now consider 6 hours close!) It was so fun to spend time with them and for our girls to meet each other for the first time and play together. Brynlie had so much fun following her cousin Amelia, who is 2, around and she learned to crawl pretty fast to keep up with her!
While we did a lot of moving and unpacking, we managed to fit in some pool time (a must in this southern heat) and some sightseeing! We stayed up WAY too late every night playing games and catching up. Here is a jumble of pictures from the trip:

Amelia with her Uncle Richard

Brynlie and Amelia had to take a tubby together--every night.

All ready for bed!

Ok, I had to take this picture, not only because I was so excited to see a Piggly Wiggly, but if you notice in the top right corner, there's not one but TWO different dollar stores in the strip mall. These people love them some dollar stores. They were on EVERY corner!

Elvis's Heartbreak Hotel

All the girls!

GRACELAND!!
Elvis's Jet--the Lisa Marie
This is as close as we got to Elvis's house... still pretty cool.

We drove to Mud Island and walked along the Mississippi river

They boys...and Brynlie
This seemed to be the girls' favorite place to play.

On Mud Island again.

The three girlies.
We had so much fun and are so grateful for family!!
