I'm not sure if I already posted this recipe, but it is good enough to post again!
This is the most delightful chocolate treat.
Ingredients:
1 small container of Cool Whip
1 large Symphony Bar
whipping cream
chocolate pie crust
In a double boiler (or microwave, if you are microwave-melting savvy, unlike me, who always burns her chocolate in the microwave) melt Symphony bar. (Set one square aside for later). Once chocolate is smooth, fold in Cool Whip and pour into pie crust. Let it set up in the fridge, then top with whip cream, and finally, finish with choclate shavings from the set aside piece of chocolate. It is like biting into a chocolate cloud!!
